The North East Buggy Association

NEBA (north East Buggy Association) was a non-profit buggy association.  It is a group of buggy nuts that got together and wanted to bring an interesting idea to everyone, share riding spots, ride together, and have some good old off-road fun!!!

NEBA was started by 5 people, and grew to over 40 strong in its first year!  It continues to grow and offer technical advise, friendships, and buggy fun to anyone in the North Eastern United States!

 Unfortunately, due to the decline in popularity, supplies, in the Chinese market, NEBA is no longer an organization.  Ater the loss of a founding member, the decline of sales and buggy production/ importing,  local clubs have suffered and wavered. 

Former members continue to network occasionally, however,  the club has diminished and is no longer available.
